- Choose the international system (thousand, million, billion) or the Indian system (thousand, lakh, crore).

How are decimals written?
The digits after the decimal point are read one by one, so 0.25 becomes zero point two five.
What is the difference between the two systems?
The international system groups digits in threes. The Indian system groups the first three digits, then twos, which gives lakh (100,000) and crore (10,000,000).
Are negative numbers supported?
Yes. A minus sign at the start is written as the word minus.
How large can the number be?
Up to 15 digits before the decimal point in the international system and 13 in the Indian system.
